REBOX only receives limited information related to the transaction (such as payment confirmation, status, and billing details) to process and fulfill your order.

REBOX Shipping Policy

(Effective August 20th, 2025)

At REBOX, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping terms below.

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and nationwide in Egypt.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Timeframes

Cairo & Giza: 2–4 working days.

Alexandria: 2–4 working days.

Other Governorates: 4–7 working days.

Please note: delivery times may vary during high-demand seasons or nationwide holidays.

Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee is applied at checkout based on your delivery location.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with your order number.

A follow-up message with tracking or delivery updates will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt to deliver your order up to two times.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated reschedules, the order may be canceled, and shipping fees will still apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at support@reboxapparel.com or through our official Instagram.

REBOX Return & Exchange Policy

(Effective August 20th, 2025)

At REBOX, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how our return and exchange process works.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order via Instagram DM or by email at support@reboxapparel.com.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with original packaging and the REBOX flyer/tag still attached.

Items returned damaged, used, or missing packaging will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Certain items may be marked as final sale or non-refundable, including limited drops.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed through Instapay only.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refund processing may take up to 10 working days, with funds transferred within 4 working days after your return is collected and inspected.

Each order is limited to two refund requests. After two requests, no further returns or refunds will be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size or color of the same product, subject to availability.

If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit (excluding limited drops, which are not refundable under any circumstance).

Failed Return Pickups

In the case of failed pickups due to cancellations, repeated reschedules, or refusal to hand over the package, your order will no longer be eligible for return or refund.

All items are subject to availability. Once stock runs out, we cannot guarantee restock.

Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and trusted third-party gateways.

REBOX does not store any payment card details.

4. Orders & Delivery

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, holidays, or peak seasons.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Certain items (e.g., limited drops or final sale items) may be non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

REBOX is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party couriers or service providers.

REBOX reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
